The Story The medal pair awarded to Michael Eric Parris were acquired from Facebook Marketplace on 20th June 2025 and of interest because of the scare double long service combination, especially with a confirmed clasp the ROC Medal.
Following a search on ancestry using Kent as the place lived in (from details provided with the CFM) there was only the one direct match with the initials M E and approximate birth date.
Sadly, a brief biography for such an unusual pair of medals and a man who devoted so much of his time to two organisations.
