The Man   The only detail known About John F Baldock are that he joined the Special Constabulary in about 1933 and awarded his Special Constabulary Medal in 1940 and the first clasp in 1944, serving during World War II and also awarded the Defence Medal.
  
The Story   The medals awarded to John F Baldock were acquired from Charlie’s Medals on 6 Sep 23 and of interest simply because of the long Service clasp.
 
Despite the seemingly unusual name, there are a number of John F Baldock’s on Ancestry, therefore no research can be completed.
