The Man F Bower was a member of the 9th Battalion London Regiment with service number 64. He was awarded his Territorial Force Efficiency Medal in Army Order 205 of 1st July 1912. No further detail is known.
The Story The medal awarded to F Bower was acquired from Solihull Arms & Militaria Fair on 24th February 1980. The only detail located on Ancestry.UK was the medal index card for the TFEM. It is likely this was F Bower's only medal entitlement as no WWI MiC could be found.
