The Man Sergeant V R Wilson enlisted into the Royal Engineers service number 22558061.and was awarded his Efficiency Medal 'Army Emergency Reserve' in Army Order 605 of 1965.

The Story The medal group awarded to V R Wilson were acquired from a dealer in Coventry in August 1993 and of interest because of the Army Emergency Reserve Efficiency Medal, the very first in this collection, and the named Defence and War Medals. Sadly no additional information can be drawn from Ancestry.UK as this is a seemingly popular surname and initials.
